WHAT IS FOR HIM AUSTRALIA
FOR HIM AUSTRALIA is the best way to rent a tuxedo or suit. We use technology to bring you an amazing and seamless experience. We invest in the highest quality garments on the market.


HOW DO I RENT FROM FOR HIM AUSTRALIA?
Renting from us is simple and convenient…

  1. If you are based in Perth we have a showroom in Balcatta. You can book an appointment to come in and try on different looks and collect the style from the showroom.
  2. Choose one of our complete outfits, or create your own look.
  3. If you are in Perth collect your order from our showroom in Balcatta. if you are interstate/rural your order will arrive via Aus Post up to 1-2 business days before your event.
  4. Within 2 days after your event, place the pre-paid shipping label on the box your order came in and send it back to us.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
We recommend placing your order as soon as you know the date of your event. If your event is a couple weeks away, availability may be limited and a rush fee for expedited shipping will be applied. Contact our customer care team with any questions regarding availability for a future date.


HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?
If you are based in Perth simply return it to our showroom. If you chose shipping then a pre-paid return shipping label is included with every order. To return your rental order, put all rental items in the original shipping box, place the return shipping label over the old shipping label and deliver the box to any authorized Aus Post drop-off location or schedule an Aus Post pick-up, if needed.

Our rental policy requires that you send back your order within two days of your event. Otherwise, late fees may apply. If for some reason you cannot return your items in 2 days due to travel or other circumstances, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to work with you.


HOW DO I GET FITTED FOR MY RENTAL?
Book in an appointment at our showroom in Perth Or if you select shipping tell us the size you need or measure yourself at home.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RENTAL DOESN’T FIT?
If you have come in for a fitting and it does not fit once you leave with the garments after confirming it was okay we do not offer a refund. For shipping we ask that you provide us measurements and you’re sizing in the event the suit does not fit based on the information you provided your hire costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.


HOW DOES MY RENTAL GET TO ME?
If you are based in Perth you collect from our showroom. In the event you chose shipping we ship your items via Aus Post to arrive 1-2 days before your event. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Delivery signatures are not typically required; however, if you are having the order shipped to an address where the delivery service will not leave packages at the door, we suggest using an alternate address or having the order shipped to a nearby Aus Post-delivery centre.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Return Express shipping is $30 on top of the rental price.


WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
We don’t require a signature for most deliveries. Aus Post is instructed to leave your package only if a safe location is available. If they are unable to leave your package, Aus Post will re-attempt delivery two more times.


DO I NEED TO PRESS MY SUIT?
We use fabric with anti-wrinkle qualities to make sure it’s easy to wear our garments right away. All of our tuxedos and suits come ready to hang and any small wrinkles usually come out after a few hours. If you are experiencing major wrinkle issues after hanging your tuxedo, please steam if you have one handy.


WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEANING?
We take care of all the dry cleaning and we use only modern, eco-friendly processes.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE OR LOSE THE RENTAL?
We understand…shit happens. Our dry cleaners and tailors can sometimes fix small stains and minor damage. If you damage the item you will be liable to pay for any alterations if the item is stolen or lost you will be require to pay the RRP price of the item.


WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can swap if you are collecting from our showroom based on availability. Once the item has been confirmed and paid for you cannot change your order once the item has been shipped. If you change to a cheaper suit no difference will be refunded.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY EVENT IS CANCELLED AND I NO LONGER NEED A RENTAL?
We do not offer refunds based on the above.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY RENTAL LATE?
Any delay can cause problems for the next customer’s order, so be sure to return your order no more than 2days after your event has passed. Late returns will be charged at a rate of 25% of the rental price per day. If for some reason you cannot return your items within 2 days due to travel or other circumstances, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to work with you.


HOW TO SECURE MY BOOKING
A 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking with the remainder to be payable prior to shipping or collecting your garment.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contract
By hiring a rental/s from For Him Australia, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions below. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and adhere to these terms and conditions.


Transaction
Bookings are secured once the hire fee has been paid in full (or 50% deposit) and cleared, 100% is to be paid in full prior to the dispatch of the rental/s. Payments can be made via direct bank deposit or cash. Payment details for direct bank deposit will be sent through once a booking has been made.


Hiring Period and Delivery
Each rental hired will be collected either on the Thursday evening at 7pm on the week of the event or the 1 business day prior to the event at 7pm. The rental/s must be returned back on Monday at 6pm. Any rental/s returned later than Monday will incur a daily late payment fee of 25% of the hire price.


Non Returns
In the event that the rental/s have not been returned to For Him Australia within 7 days of the original due date, the rental/s will be deemed to be a non-return and For Him Australia will invoice the client via a debt collector 200% of the recommended retail price (the RRP is at the discretion of For Him Australia in the event the product is no longer for sale).


Damage Rentals
The customer will be held responsible for the condition of the rental/s, not including normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear will be assessed at the discretion of For Him Australia. Dry cleaning is included in the hire price therefore no attempts are to be made to clean and/or iron/press the rental/s. Should the rental/s be deemed as ‘damaged beyond repair’ at the discretion of For Him Australia, the customer’s will be invoiced the recommended retail price and the rental/s will be sent to the customer who will then own the rental/s.


Cancellations
Cancellations received 7 days prior to the booking date are 100% refundable or they have the option of obtaining a credit note. If the customer cancels within 7 days of the booking date, they have the option of obtaining a credit note or forfeit 50% of the hire price*.
